IAPM students took part in the All-Ukrainian scientific and practical conference "Political processes of the present: global and regional dimensions"
On October 12-13, 2017, the All-Ukrainian Scientific and Practical Conference "Political Processes of the Contemporaneity: Global and Regional Dimensions" was held in Ivano-Frankivsk on the basis of the Department of Political Science of the State Pedagogical University "Precarpathian National University named after Vasyl Stefanyk", which was attended by students of the 4th Course of the Department of Philosophy and Political Science of IAPM.
During the conference, its participants from different regions of Ukraine presented their thoughts on current issues of political activity both in theoretical and practical aspects.
Many of these issues led to fruitful discussions, in which the points of view of different parties were heard.
Among other things, the following topics were highlighted: "European values of modern Ukrainian literature", "Politics of new regionalism", "Institutions of democracy in a hybrid war", "Regional media in the context of globalization challenges", "Basic foundations of the existence of the institution of local self-government in Ukraine" etc. The issue of radicalism in contemporary politics, in particular, "Institutionalization of radical right-wing political parties in modern Ukraine," was also discussed.
According to the results of the conference, a collection of scientific works will be published, in which the abstracts prepared by the students of the IAPM, participants of the conference will also be published:

2) Stasyuk D. "Political decadence as a culture of modern politics in Ukraine"
3) Kolomeiko N. "Political corruption as a threat to Ukraine's security."
