Seminar-training “Bullying in social networks. The usage of steroids. Anorexia as a mental disease. Stress”
On January 31, 2024, the lecturers and students-psychologists of the Khmelnytsky Institute of the IAPM held a seminar with elements of the training on the topic “Bullying in social networks. The useage of steroids. Anorexia as a mental disease. Stress” for students of Lyceum № 11 of Khmelnytsky.
During the event, a number of extremely important and relevant topics related to physical and mental health were discussed and studied with students, particularly in the context of the modern world and it’s challenges.
In the modern informational society, where social networks are becoming an indispensable part of life, adolescents face new challenges and problems that affect physical and mental well-being.
This seminar with an emphasis on bullying and cruelty on social media, the usage of steroids, anorexia and stress was designed not only to expand understanding of these issues, but also to provide practical tools and strategies for overcoming them.
The event included discussion, exchange of ideas and exploration of ways to cope with these serious issues.
