Training "Modern Education, Motivation and Leadership"
On Saturday, April 13, training "Modern Education, Motivation and Leadership" was held at IAPM Severodonetsk Institute. The training was conducted by Mykola Anatoliyovych Zhurba, Doctor of Philosophy, Professor, Head of the NGO "Соборність", editor-in-chief of the magazine Virtus. The focus of the report was the thesis that, at the current stage of development of a higher school, a leadership paradigm and freedom of creativity are of particular relevance. Mykola Anatoliyovych emphasized that modern employers expect that the candidate will have dozens of different skills: the ability to think and manage creativity in time, communication skills, network, project management, team formation.
Students not only received knowledge of the level of soft-skills, but also conducted a test of compliance skills, which illustrated the complexity of creative thinking under the onslaught of external factors (limited time). In addition, the training participants were able to demonstrate leadership skills and work in the team.
The training is a unique product aimed at developing practical skills for effective communication, empathy, teamwork and continuous professional development.
