The conference "Conceptual problems of the development of the region in conditions of decentralization" was held at the IAPM Chernigov Institute
On April 26, 2017, the IX International Scientific and Practical Conference "Conceptual Problems of Regional Development in Conditions of Decentralization" was traditionally held in the premises of the Chernigov Institute of IAPM. Teachers of higher educational institutions of the city of Chernigov and Kiev, scientists of scientific research institutions, post-graduate students, doctoral students, students of magistracy, students, representatives of state and local self-government bodies, public organizations, enterprises, foreign scientific experts took part in its work.
The format of the conference provided for the exchange of practical and project experience of leading specialists in the designated topics.
Carrying out this event, our Institute proceeds from the fact that scientific activity is one of the priority directions of activity, since it is the proper scientific understanding of the essence of problems that can ensure the development of effective ways to solve them.
The grand opening of the conference began with a speech by the director of the Institute - candidate of economic sciences, assistant professor Murashko Nikolai Ivanovich. He congratulated all those present, showed the relevance of the event and the expediency of the exchange of views, disclosed the main directions of the work of the conference participants and wished everyone fruitful work.
Participants' reports were grouped in three directions, namely:
- Section І. «Economic (economic sciences)». The following presentations were made on this topic:
1. Professional development of employees within the framework of project work as a key factor for researching the flexibility and sustainable development of the enterprise - Ditmar Enke, Executive Vice President of "ВВ Engineering".
2. The power of innovation and the changes necessary for it - Klaus Schaefer, Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor of the company "ВВ Engineering".
- Section II. Legal (legal science). In this regard, the report "Legal Analysis of Collective Agreements of Universities of Chernihiv Oblast" by Vyacheslav Puzyrny, Professor of the Department of Labor Law, Administrative Law and the Process of the Educational and Scientific Institute of Law and Social Technologies of the Chernigov National Technological University, Doctor of Law Sciences, Associate Professor was presented.
- Section III. Social and humanitarian (social, humanitarian and applied sciences). In this direction the participants of the conference were offered the report "Wages of the urban population of Ukraine: history and modern times" by Yampoltsya Pavel Vitalievich, Candidate of History, Head of the Department of Humanitarian and Fundamental Training of Chernigov Institute named after Heroes of Krut.
The number of materials submitted for consideration at the international scientific and practical conference showed not only the relevance of the stated problems, but also the ability of the professional community to perceive the challenges of various problems and qualitatively to work out ways of overcoming them. Therefore, the conference was able to unite the views of various participants.
Summing up the work of the conference, Murashko NI thanked all those present for the interesting dialogue that had developed between the conference participants and wished to expand the range of scientific searches and actively participate in scientific events.
