Personality and mental health are two key components of psychological well-being, and the relationship between them is inseparable. This interaction determines how a person perceives the world, how he reacts to events and how he overcomes life's difficulties.
Mental health is a state of mental well-being that determines our ability to adapt to stress, manage emotions and interact with the world around us. It encompasses our emotional, psychological and social state, determines the quality of our relationships and the level of satisfaction with life. Mental health is a key element of overall well-being and the basis for achieving inner harmony and self-fulfillment.
Such health is a complex process that requires constant attention and care. There are a number of factors that can influence mental health, such as genetics, living environment, social conditions, economic status, personal characteristics and experiences.
During the event, issues related to the mental health of an individual were discussed. Participants drew attention to the importance of understanding and supporting the individual needs of each individual in ensuring their mental well-being. Opinions were expressed on how to recognize signs of mental problems in themselves and others, as well as how to provide support and assistance in such situations. Issues of accessibility of professional help and resources to improve the mental health of each individual were also discussed. The activities were aimed at creating a conscious and receptive environment where each individual can feel supported in their mental needs.
We thank all participants for participating in the seminar.
