An All-Ukrainian Scientific and Practical Conference on Food Security Was Held at IAPM
On December 23, 2025, an All-Ukrainian scientific and practical conference titled “Risks to Food Security in Conditions of Uncertainty: Analytics, Management, Forecasting, Financial and Marketing Instruments of Minimization” was held at the Interregional Academy of Personnel Management in cooperation with the Institute of Potato Growing of the National Academy of Agrarian Sciences of Ukraine.
The event was held in a blended format, which made it possible to involve a wide range of scholars, lecturers, managers, and practitioners from various regions of Ukraine.
The participants were welcomed by Kyrylo Muraviov, Doctor of Law, Professor, Rector of the Interregional Academy of Personnel Management; Mykola Mykolaiovych Furdyha, Candidate of Agricultural Sciences, Senior Research Fellow, Director of the Institute of Potato Growing of the National Academy of Agrarian Sciences of Ukraine; and Hanna Anatoliivna Bratus, Doctor of Economic Sciences, Professor, Director of the Educational and Scientific Institute of Management, Economics and Business of the Interregional Academy of Personnel Management.
Within the framework of the conference, reports were presented on the role of agricultural science in ensuring food security, managerial, economic, and legal aspects of risk minimization, the impact of war and global instability on food systems, as well as the importance of state policy and institutional interaction.
Active scientific discussions demonstrated the high level of participants’ interest in the issues raised and the practical significance of the obtained results. Following the event, the conference materials will be published in an electronic proceedings volume, and participants will receive relevant certificates.
Holding the conference once again confirmed the role of IAPM as a powerful scientific and educational center that initiates professional discussion of urgent problems of Ukraine’s development and contributes to the formation of effective solutions in the field of food security.
