As part of the meeting of the Scientific and Methodological Council, a permanent seminar on ensuring the quality of education was held, entitled “Improving work with stakeholders to enhance the quality of training for higher education applicants at the Khmelnytsky Institute of the MAUP.”

The effectiveness of the educational process depends on the educational institution's consideration of the interests of all stakeholders and its ability to interact with stakeholders in the external and internal educational environment.

One of the important factors in ensuring the quality of training for modern specialists is close cooperation with stakeholders, i.e., a group of people who are interested in the development of educational and professional programs and future graduates. A stakeholder is a person or a group of persons who influence the organization of the educational process by a higher education institution and the implementation of an educational program in particular, or who are directly affected by the educational activities of higher education institutions and are able to provide suggestions and recommendations for improving the effectiveness of the educational process in a higher education institution, raising its social status and performance indicators.

The MAUP Institute in Khmelnytskyi systematically conducts face-to-face consultations and monitoring to determine the objectives of educational and professional programs (bachelor's and master's levels of higher education) and program outcomes, taking into account the needs of employers, higher education seekers, the academic community, and graduates. and analyzes reports and characteristics of student interns.

The Institute has identified the following approaches to cooperation with stakeholders: focusing on the interests of a specific stakeholder, taking into account the interests of the main (key) stakeholder groups, and taking into account the interests of as many stakeholders as possible.

Criteria for regulating and coordinating stakeholder interests have been established: responsibility, influence, dependence, representation, current and strategic intentions. The Khmelnytsky Institute of the MAUP is also working on the regulatory framework for this process by developing and approving internal regulations on the involvement of stakeholders in the educational process.

At the Institute level, stakeholders have the right to influence:

- the transparency of managerial, organizational, and personnel processes related to the educational process at the Institute;

- improving the work of institutional services (departments, dean's offices, student self-government bodies, academic councils, etc.);

- forming an academic community that is incompatible with corruption, academic plagiarism, self-plagiarism, fabrication, falsification, cheating, deception, bribery, and biased assessment;

- creation of academic integrity promotion groups, ethics and academic integrity committees, development of student organizations, clubs, sections, societies, etc.

At the department level, stakeholders have the right to influence:

- the development, monitoring, and periodic review of educational programs and their content;

- the assessment of the quality of the teaching staff in the following areas: professional characteristics, pedagogical activity, scientific research, educational and methodological and organizational work, international mobility;

- the choice of technologies and methods for teaching academic disciplines;

- the quality of methodological support for academic disciplines;

- the quality and objectivity of assessing the learning outcomes of higher education students in terms of the competencies specified in the educational program;

- the quality of the material and technical base of the specialty;

- the quality of the process of acquiring practical experience by higher education seekers;

- the quality of scientific work and the opportunity for higher education seekers to participate in academic mobility, scientific projects, conferences, publications, etc.

The purpose of the scientific and practical seminar is to analyze the state of cooperation with stakeholders of the Institute's departments and OPS support groups. As a result of the analysis, ways to improve cooperation will be identified in order to improve the quality of training for higher education students in all OPS.
