Interregional Academy of Personnel Management

On April 16, 2019, Odessa City Hall signed an agreement on cooperation and partnership between Odesa and Marrakesh.

The signing ceremony was attended by representatives of the municipalities of Marrakesh and Odessa; diplomats and representatives of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs; honorary citizens of Odessa; deputies; members of the executive committee of the Odessa city council; a student of the III course of the specialty "Law" of IAPM Odessa Institute, a member of the Youth Council under the Odessa City Mayor Arseny Gavryliuk.

The parties agreed on cooperation in the following areas: economy and trade, investment attraction and joint ventures, science and education, tourism and recreation, culture and sport, social policy.
