Fire Safety Lesson
April 28, as part of the health and safety Knowledge Week in higher education institutions, employees of Fire and Rescue Service held a lecture for IAPM students "Fire Safety".
During the meeting officers of the Rescue Service told students and teachers about the basic rules of fire safety. Firefighters reminded students of the main hazards and procedures in case of threat to life. Particular attention was paid to prevention of fires in the residential sector due to violation of the safe use of heating appliances requirements. So firefighters have tips for safe handling at the dormitory of the Academy, responsibility that comes with violation of fire safety rules in emergency situations.
All participants took part in a lively discussion and Professionals Rescue Service answered all the questions.
After the lecture, students and teachers has been demonstrated working fire engine equipment and were given instructions on the proper handling of equipment.
