The X International Scientific and Practical Conference "Legal and institutional support of regional clusterization" was held in the Chernigiv Institute of IAPM
On April 25, 2018 the X International Scientific and Practical Conference "Legal and institutional support of regional clusterization" was held in the Chernigiv Institute of IAPM.
The scientific event was attended by teachers of higher educational institutions of the city of Chernihiv, post-graduate students, doctoral students, students of magistracy, students, representatives of state and local government bodies, public organizations, enterprises and all interested persons.
The main purpose of the scientific and practical conference is to increase the interest of the participants in active research in the field of research, as well as to promote the formation of scientific relations between educational institutions and scientific institutions.
A greetings to the participants of the conference was addressed by the deputy director of scientific and pedagogical work, candidate of economic sciences, associate professor Svitlana Oleksandrivna Nazarko, in which he noted in particular that the chosen topics of the scientific and practical conference are a good opportunity for a scientific debate for youth, during which it is expedient to discuss the current state of the Ukrainian legislation system, to conduct a thorough socio-economic analysis of the functioning of individual branches of the economy and to develop scientifically substantiated recommendations on the application their development. She wished creative enthusiasm, understanding and fruitful discussion to all participants of the event.
The conference was attended by: a private notary of the Chernihiv City Notary District, a member of the Academy of Notary of Ukraine, a doctor of philosophy in the field of law Krasnogor O.V., teachers and students of the Chernihiv Institute of IAPM; Chernihiv National Technological University; The National Taras Shevchenko University Chernihiv Collegium, the Academy of the State Penitentiary Service of Ukraine, as well as graduate students and young scientists from different cities of Ukraine.
The reports of participants were grouped in three directions, namely: economic (economic sciences), legal (legal sciences), social and humanitarian (social, humanitarian and applied sciences).
The participants of the conference talked about the issues of their chosen topics, as well as the goals and objectives that they sought to achieve in their work. Students showed their non-standard approaches to solving typical problems, which caused a wave of positive feedback from professors and associate professors at the conference. The participants and guests of the conference asked questions that arose during the presentations and received detailed explanations and answers.
The number of materials presented for consideration at the international scientific and practical conference has shown not only the relevance of the stated issues, but also the ability of the professional community to accept the challenges of various problems and develop ways to overcome them qualitatively. Therefore, the scientific event was able to combine the views of different participants.
The conference took place in the form of sectional meetings, which took place at a high scientific and theoretical level, in the spirit of discussions with moderate polemics and the great interest of all present.
