Interregional Academy of Personnel Management

On October 17, 2018, the Educational and Scientific Institute of Law named IAPM holds the traditional V international scientific-practical conference "The Role of Law in the Formation of a Modern Society." 

The main thematic areas identified the following issues:

1. Actual problems of the theory of state and law
2. Administrative and legal problems of implementation of legal norms in public life
3. Criminal-legal issues in the formation of modern society
4. Problems of the formation of the rule of law and the development of civil law in Ukraine
5. Current state and prospects of development of financial law in Ukraine
6. International legal problems concerning Ukraine's integration into Europe
7. Development of economic law in the conditions of crisis phenomena in society
8. Corruption offenses and their impact on society
9. Problems of labor law in modern Ukraine

The conference was attended by leading scientists from the Interregional Academy of Personnel Management and invited students and postgraduates. Currently, for the first time at the conference, a highly relevant and interesting report by Uche Tochiku, a graduate student from Nigeria, on the development of international trade in the modern world, which was spoken in English, was heard. In addition, he stressed in detail the emphasis on the effectiveness of preventing and counteracting corruption in Ukraine, Doctor of Law, professor, Honored Lawyer of Ukraine Litvinenko Viktor Ivanovich. Also interesting were the speeches of Mamed Tagiyev, a graduate student from Azerbaijan and Ukrainian students Ikonnikova Sergey, Tsimbalyuk Lyaly and others.

According to the results of the conference, the relevant resolution was adopted, aimed at further development of scientific researches as scholars of the Academy, students and postgraduates.
