On February 23, 2026, a lecture entitled "Psychological Resilience of Young People: From Theory to Practice" was held, organized on the initiative of the Scientific Society of Students and Postgraduates of the IAPM.

The guest lecturer was Ruslan Oleksandrovych Lavlinsky, Candidate of Philosophical Sciences and psychologist.

The event was interdisciplinary in nature and focused on current issues in modern psychological science, such as the conceptualization of hardiness and resilience, and the study of effective strategies for overcoming stress. The lecture revealed theoretical and methodological approaches to understanding psychological resilience in the context of youth personal development, and presented the results of modern empirical research in the field of stress management.

Particular attention was paid to the analysis of typical stressors that students most often encounter during their educational and scientific activities, in particular academic workload, emotional burnout, and uncertainty about their professional future. The effectiveness of coping strategies, self-regulation mechanisms, and the formation of adaptive behavior patterns were discussed.

Participants had the opportunity to ask questions, join the scientific discussion, and receive practical recommendations on developing psychological self-support skills and building resilience. The event took place in the format of a live academic dialogue, which encouraged active student participation and created an open scientific space for the exchange of ideas.
