Students of the Department of Professional Education and Management of educational institution defended their diploma works
On October 16, 2019, students of the Department of Professional Education and Management of educational institution of IAPM defended their diploma works: Fishchuk A.G., Inshin M.I., Chekhovich L.M., Puz V.A. and Skakun A.Yu. and write a comprehensive state examination in the specialty of the Master's degree in the specialty "Management", specialization "Management of the educational institution".
The chairman of the examination committee is Chernukha Nadiya Nikolaevna, doctor of pedagogical sciences, professor, professor at the department of social rehabilitation and social pedagogy of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv.
Deputy Chairman of the Examination Committee – Grabovenko Natalia Valerievna, Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences, Associate Professor, Deputy Director of the Educational-Scientific Institute of International Relations and Social Sciences.
The members of the commission are Zhukova Irina Vitalievna, Candidate of Science in Public Administration, Associate Professor, Head of the Department of Professional Education and Management of educational institution and Yusef Nakhla Naimovna, Candidate of Technical Sciences, Professor of the Department of Professional Education and Management of educational institution.

In their works, students considered modern methods of improving the managerial culture of the head of educational institution through: improving their own level of culture of communication, behavior, use of power; taking into account the compatibility of employees and their individual characteristics; improving the leadership style of the team, namely by forming its democratic traits.
Among the areas of study in the master's students were considered the criteria of effectiveness of management of the school. The students discussed that the effectiveness of the educational institution depends on the activity of scientific-pedagogical workers, the level of qualification, skill, mastery of self-education skills, self-control, self-analysis of their activity. The administration of the educational institution should carry out a scientific approach to the organization of work with scientific and pedagogical staff, to study different directions of activity of scientific and pedagogical workers, in particular, such as: the willingness of teachers to work in a modern educational institution, the ability to use modern innovative technologies, the ability to plan their scientific and teaching activities, collaborate in a team, organize the educational process, improve their professional skills and skill level, provide methodical services are due even young science teachers, helping them to adapt to the team.
Head of the Department of Vocational Education and Management of the MAUP educational institution, Irina Zhukova noted that the master's works of students of the specialty "Management" were completed and protected at a high professional level. In particular, diplomas with honors were awarded to Fishchuk A.G., Inshin M.I., Chekhovich L.M.
