As a part of the cultural and aesthetic education, 22 September students and teachers attended the  performance "Silva" in Kyiv Academic Operetta Theater

"Silva" is an operetta that was made by Hungarian composer Imre Kalman, written in 1915. Premiered on November 17, 1915 in the theater named after Johann Strauss in Vienna. By plot, Silva Varesku, an actress and a young aristocrat Edwin are in love with each other. But in tiptop, marriage with cabaret singer is impossible, especially when there are other bride who is worthy to be in princely family. It seems like we can forget about story of Silva and Edwin. However, to extinguish the passion of love like this is not possible.

After the performance, students of IAPM shared their impressions, noting the bright mood of actors, including an actress who played the role of Silva (V.Tulis), Edwin (Honored Artist of Ukraine Ivan Levenets) and Bonnie (A.Kurbanova). IAPM students also remember the magnificent costumes and spectacular scenery performances.Teachers from the Academy also were impressed with an orchestral accompaniment, because an orchestra team and conductor reflected very clearly  music scene atmosphere.
