Work continues for MAUP representatives at the Eurasian Universities Summit
The Eurasian Universities Summit is currently underway at the Heydar Aliyev Center (Baku, Azerbaijan). The event brings together over 300 participants, more than 150 institutions, and over 50 international and local speakers from more than 20 countries. They are discussing issues of global research cooperation, the contribution of Eurasian universities to socio-economic development, and the role of higher education in achieving the UN Sustainable Development Goals.
The summit will feature discussions on the following topics:
- The impact of global research: leveraging the strengths of the Eurasian region;
- The role of higher education in achieving the Sustainable Development Goals;
- Establishing intercontinental ties, the importance of cooperation and innovation.
During the summit, a series of meetings were held between directors Liudmyla Kryva and Iryna Kapelista and international partners, and cooperation agreements were signed between the IAPM and other educational institutions and research organizations.
