The Scientific Society of Students and Postgraduates of the Interregional Academy of Personnel Management invites students, postgraduates and all interested parties to a scientific and practical lecture by Ruslan Oleksandrovych Lavlinsky, PhD, Associate Professor, Psychologist, "Psychological Resilience of Young People: From Theory to Practice"
The event will examine the psychological mechanisms of personality resilience in the context of modern challenges, combining theoretical approaches and practical tools for developing emotional resilience, self-regulation and adaptation of young people to stressful situations.
