Conference of Students and Student Parliament Meeting at IAPM: New Decisions and New Leaders
On October 2, 2025, meetings of the Conference of Students of the Academy and the Student Parliament were held at the Interregional Academy of Personnel Management. During the meetings, a number of important decisions were made regarding the further development of student self-government.
The Conference of Students meeting was chaired by Vladyslav Kryvovyaz, President of the Student Parliament. Participants considered and approved a new edition of the Regulations on Student Self-Government of the Interregional Academy of Personnel Management, as well as an additional provision regarding the responsibilities of student self-government members while performing their duties.
All decisions were adopted unanimously, with 41 votes in favor.
The delegates also elected the heads of two important bodies:
Yevhenii Cherniak as Head of the Central Election Commission, and
Polina Shomina as Head of the Audit and Control Commission.
During the Student Parliament meeting, which also took place on October 2, several personnel decisions were made.
Elvira Grosu was elected as the new Head of the Media Department, and Vladyslav Kryvovyaz was appointed as the representative of IAPM to the Kyiv City Youth Council under the Kyiv City Council.
The renewed student self-government team will continue working on projects aimed at developing youth leadership, expanding student initiatives, and strengthening cooperation between students and the Academy’s administration.
