Legal clinic session at the Prince Vladimir the Great Educational and Scientific Institute of Law
On September 5, the Educational and Scientific Institute of Law held a regular meeting of the legal clinic, which brought together teachers - lawyers and advocates to discuss important issues of practical legal activity.
The legal clinic of the NNIP is an important part of the educational process, as it gives students the opportunity to apply theoretical knowledge in practice, providing legal assistance to citizens in need.
The meeting considered several topical issues, including:
- Real legal cases that law students have been working with recently and will work with in the future.
- Problems of law enforcement in Ukraine, in particular, the issue of protecting the rights of socially vulnerable segments of the population. Ways to improve legal aid and increase access to justice were discussed.
- Training in consulting skills. A work plan was developed with the possibility of teaching students the techniques of communicating with clients, conducting a case, and preparing legal documents.
The legal clinic allows future lawyers to gain valuable practical experience, which is necessary for successful development in the profession. Students not only acquire skills in working with legal documents and develop communication skills, but also learn to work in a team, analyze situations and make responsible decisions.
Internship in the legal clinic helps to form responsible and professional lawyers, ready for the challenges that real life poses to them.
