Final Lecture on Mental Health for IAPM Students
On December 16, students of the Interregional Academy of Personnel Management attended the fifth and final lecture in a series of events organized by the Vitality Centers and dedicated to mental health.
The lecture focused on the topic “Early Signs and Prevention of Anxiety and Depression.” Participants learned about the main symptoms of anxiety and depressive disorders, explored methods for early identification of these conditions, and received practical recommendations on maintaining psychological well-being and prevention strategies.
The event served as the concluding session of the lecture series aimed at raising students’ awareness of mental health issues, developing self-support skills, and fostering a responsible attitude toward their emotional well-being.
At the end of the event, participants who attended all lectures in the series received branded souvenirs from the IAPM Student Parliament as a token of appreciation for their active participation and interest in mental health topics.
