Meeting with the employer (ESIMEB)
On September 19, an online conversation was held between students of the Educational and Scientific Institute of Management, Economics and Business of the IAPM with expert Serhii Khoma, co-founder and CEO of the recruiting company Resorcer.
About starting a business as overcoming fear and taking risks; about freedom and strategy (living to work, not working to live); about years of climbing a ladder that may be placed against the wrong wall; about the specifics of completing homework before each interview; about the responsibility of a manager in crisis conditions (being a manager is like eating glass) and the flat organizational structure of modern companies, which promotes democratic communication; about the importance of creating an HR brand for an organization (people management) and about adapting business to the challenges of martial law (unreadiness of business to employ specialists in remote work conditions and unreadiness of specialists to work in conditions of increased security challenges: the presence of many vacancies in a context when many specialists cannot find work) - these and other issues were discussed together by the students and the invited expert in joint activities.
