Meeting of law students with Rodion Fedorovich Areshkin!

24 April 2019 11:30

In the course of professional activity, lawyers, regardless of their specialization, constantly have to communicate with different people, to maintain psychological contact with them at the appropriate level. In order to effectively participate in interpersonal relations, fruitfully conduct a dialogue, it is necessary to take into account the patterns of communicative processes. After all, in the course of communication lawyer always acts in a certain social and legal context, which is expressed by the system of its relations with society, state-legal institutes, officials, individual citizens. Such relations are conditioned by the objective role assigned to him (investigator, prosecutor, judge, etc.).

We acquire knowledge, understanding of communicative laws, and free communication skills in classes from the special course "Legal Interviewing and Counseling" (the head is Shakin V. V.).

We learn to conduct legal interviews, conduct dialogues, obtain evidence, receive information from various sources, conduct questioning, questionnaires of witnesses, interested persons, etc.

We learn knowledge and professional skills from lectures, practical classes, role games, meetings with interesting people, masters of their work - law enforcement, notaries, rags, lawyers, civil servants.

One of these meetings has recently taken place. Our invitation was given to Rodion Fedorovich Areshkin, in the recent past, the head of the criminal investigation service of the city of Izmail.

Our guest told a lot of interesting and useful for future lawyers. This service does not excuse easy courage and amateurishness, requires iron will and the highest professionalism. Therefore, people who truly are committed to their cause work in the search. Operational service is constantly associated with risk and dedication. The job is dangerous and responsible, but absolutely necessary.

The meeting took place in a relaxed, friendly atmosphere. Interesting story has changed with memories, numerous questions and smart and moderate answers. We realized that a criminal prosecutor was one of the most honorable and legendary police professions. This is a daily, full of danger work, it's a way of life.

The eve of the century marked the day the criminal investigation service was founded in Ukraine, a professional holiday of people who repel the criminal world, whose life was at risk, and the main weapon was the mind.

Students sincerely thank Areshkin R. F. and wished him, and in his person - all the operational officers of the criminal investigation and veterans of the service of good health, success, happiness and operational sense.
