The Department is profiled on preparing masters in specialty "Business administration".

The objective: formation of theoretical knowledge and practical skills of future specialists - heads of departments, enterprises and institutions of all legal forms; formation of theoretical knowledge and practical skills of future managers in Business administration.
The main tasks: formation of students' ability to solve management problemscreatively;developing the ability to make decisions in various fields; achieving efficiency in implementing the goals of the organization as well as their own goals.
The department provides conducting all kinds of classes, independent work of students, methodological support, control of learning of academic disciplines: "Strategic management", "Financial management", "Marketing management", "Management accounting", "Project management in companies and organizations","Analysis of work of enterprises and organizations", "Organizational culture", "Situational management", "Management of production conflicts", "Management of changes", "Methods of making decisions", "Methodology and technology of decision-making".

She graduated from Kyiv National University of Culture and Arts (2001). Doctor of Economic Science (2012).PhD thesis "Educational resource of innovation economy". Manages masters degree works.
Deputy Head of Department – PhD in Business Administration Samoilenko Tatiana Valentinovna.
She graduated from Taras Shevchenko National University in Kyiv (Faculty of History) (1985.), IAPM (Master administrative management) (2006).PhD in Business administration (2000.).Professor of IPA.Excellence of Education of Ukraine (2002.).Holder of a golden medal of IPA "For Merits in Education" (2008.). She took part and became the winner (2001) in All-Ukrainian contest of educators "Education in Ukraine in XXI century: step to the Man".
