Information on the Institute
The Institute of International Education (IIE) was established with the aim of providing educational, informational, consulting and other services to foreign students.
The organization of the recruitment and admission to studies at the Interregional Academy of Personnel Management of foreign citizens is carried out in accordance with the licenses of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine according to current Ukrainian legislation. To enter Ukraine for studies, the applicant is issued an appropriate invitation according to the established order and his/her meeting is arranged upon arrival in Ukraine.
According to the normative documents of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine and the internal administrative documentation of IAPM, the institute carries out the functions of the admissions committee, keeps record of foreign student contingent, prepares orders and forms a computer database of its contingent. The institute's functions also include consulting work concerning the submission of foreign documents on education to the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine for the recognition procedure, legalization procedure and affixing of the apostille on documents on education.
Over the years of its work, a permanent faculty has been formed at IIE with extensive experience working with foreign students and an appropriate level of methodological qualification. The instructors of the department develop and prepare teaching materials, textbooks and study guides for foreign students.
More than a thousand foreign students and postgraduates study at IAPM; about two hundred foreigners from more than 30 countries of the world come to study at the preparatory department every year. Foreign graduates find employment at various government and non-government institutions upon their return to homeland. Our graduates work at ministries of their countries, in particular - these are graduates from Ecuador, Palestine, Vietnam, Azerbaijan; they teach at higher educational institutions of their countries, create various socio-political organizations and actively participate in the life of their countries, forever remaining friends of Ukraine.
