"Autumn Celebration" at EC "Prestige" at IAPM

October 29 in educational complex "Prestige" at IAPM "Autumn Celebration" took place. The festivities were dedicated to 2 events: the ancient Celtic holiday of Halloween and the traditional Ukrainian harvest feast.
Pirates, black cats, little witches, daughters of Count Dracula, mushrooms, tomatoes and peppers, plums, wind and rain - these characters made their way to "Autms festival". Pupils of kindergarten successfully demonstrated a combination of Ukrainian and Western traditions in their speeches, telling poems and singing songs in their native Ukrainian language as well as in English. Thanks to this, disciples of "Prestige" were able to show their parents success that they achieved in learning of foreign languages. Also at the festival artists showed small skits and dance numbers, especially parents were impressed by the dance with umbrellas. In speeches young stars talked about the tradition of celebrating Halloween, including the custom doll in fancy dress and going home for sweets. In addition, kids told about the features of celebrating the harvest festivals in Ukraine. Boys and girls, dressed in costumes of fruits and vegetables, talked about when and how to harvest, what songs our ancestors sang while collecting wheat. Little stars did not forget about their parents, they offered to play an interactive game for attentiveness.
At the end of the autumn event, as usual on Halloween, kids grabbed a basket, in which parents put candies, cookies and a variety of sweets.
