"Brain Ring" intellectual game in the Institute

Reference: Brain-Ring is a game between the two teams (question answering). The idea of the game belongs to the author, director and presenter of the program "What? Where? When?" Vladimir Voroshilov. The first mention of the competition was in the book "The phenomenon of the game", and the first game was held between Dnipropetrovsk and Odessa club "What? Where? When?". Game’s name came up in Dnipropetrovsk by Boris Borodin, Oksana Balazanova Marina Bilotserkivska and Alexander Rubin in 1987, after the first international game "What? Where? When?". They registered the rules of the game in 1988.
So on November 4th students of law faculty competed for the title of the most erudite course. Undergraduates and new students took part in the game. Teams were competing: 1-st, 2-nd, 3-rd, 5-th course and 2 teams of 4th year called "School" and "Professional".
Intellectual games were held in two rounds. In the first round the participants were distributed by subgroups A (1.3, 5 year) and B (2 and 4 year). By results of the game the 1-st, 2-nd, 5-th courses and the team 4th course "School" entered for the second round. Participants had to answer questions of varying difficulty. Among light issues were: "What international document protects the rights of the child?", "At what age can one bring to the court?", "Name a voluntary association of citizens with the political views?". Issues touched upon the theme of greater complexity reform in Germany, certain provisions of the Union of Lublin, issues of administrative and criminal offenses. According to the results of the 2-nd round team of the 4th course "School" became winner of "Brain Ring".
