Health Day at Chernihiv Institute
“We are in Favour of Health and a Healthy Lifestyle!” Under this slogan, on Wednesday, September 11, IAPM celebrated World Tourism Day and Day of Physical Culture and Sports. Armed with the positive, students and teachers, had an open-air sports holiday near the river Desna.
At the beginning of the event, the director of the institute Murashko N. I. congratulated the participants and wished them victory in the competition. After the welcome speech, the students split into teams. An interesting program was prepared for youth: competitions for names of teams and newspapers "Healthy Youth for the Best Country", tournaments and relays.
Each group prepared its unique attributes. All the students were well-prepared and had high expectations, so the judges took it into account. There was a healthy competition between students. The competition was interesting because each group tried to win and prove to everyone that it was the best in the institute. The main slogan of the students that sounded this day: "Give a cigarette — take a candy".
Various games, sports, and competitions united the participants, revealed not only the level of physical fitness but also students' skills and characters, as they required the use of intelligence, creativity. Freshmen especially were worried about a good looking in the eyes of little-known people. It was such a mass event that new students to socialize in our institute family and also show their leadership.
After the competition, all teams received prizes and certificates for enthusiasm, advocacy for the collective spirit and active participation in the activities dedicated to Health Day.
A field kitchen became a special moment of the holiday. The smell of campfire and food spread across the river. Traditional food "kulish" is a must:)
In general, the holiday was successful. In a few fun hours in the friendly atmosphere, students opened to each other a lot of new, saw mentors outside the institute, pleased the teachers with a positive attitude, found the joy of human simplicity and sincerity in conversation.
