The director of the Khmelnytsky Institute was awarded the honorary distinction of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine
Our congratulations to the director of Khmelnitsky Institute of IAPM Bilyy Leonid Grigorovich with the award of the honorary badge "For scientific and educational achievements" by the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine.
Leonid Grigorovich started working in 1981. He worked in various pedagogical and managerial positions in the system of vocational education in Khmelnytsky, where he gained professional practical and theoretical experience in managing an educational institution.
From 1996 to the present he has been working as a director of the Khmelnitsky Institute of IAPM. In 2007 he defended his Ph.D. thesis on the theme: "Organizational and pedagogical bases of management of a higher educational institution of non-state ownership" in the specialty "General pedagogy and history of pedagogy" for the degree of Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences. In 2012 he was conferred the academic title of associate professor of the department of management of an educational institution.
The institute is known in the educational territories of Khmelnytskyi for its annual scientific meetings on the problems of famine, the building of Ukrainian statehood, Ukrainian Orthodoxy and the restoration of the Ukrainian cultural and historical heritage. During this time, more than 200 scientific collections were organized and held at the Institute and more than 90 collections of scientific papers were published.
This work became the basis of the educational process at the Khmelnytsky Institute of IAPM. On the territory of the institute a temple was built of Equal-to-the-Apostles Prince Vladimir, and monuments were installed to the hetman Bogdan-Zinovy Khmelnytsky, Metropolitan Petro Mogile, writers: Lesia Ukrainka, Taras Shevchenko, Grigory Skovoroda.
