Interregional Academy of Personnel Management

December 12, 2018, the 1st All-Ukrainian Scientific and Practical Conference "Education of the XXI Century: Problems of Humanization, Humanitarianization and Patriotism in the Context of European Integration Processes" was held on the basis of the Zhytomyr Institute of IAPM. The co-organizers became ZI IAPM and the Department of Social Technologies of Zhytomyr Ivan Franko State University.

The conference was solemnly opened by the opening speech of the chairman of the conference, doctor of sciences in the field of sociology, professor, director of the Zhytomyr Institute IAPM Semeniuk Tamara Vsevolodovna. The conference was attended by representatives of other universities, in particular, with a welcoming speech by Kotlyarov V. - Candidate of Science (Economics), associate professor, associate professor of the Department of Personnel Management and Labor Economics, General Director of IAPM, Kyiv.

Also at the plenary session were Fedorenko V., candidate of philosophical sciences, associate professor, associate professor of social sciences department of Zhytomyr Military Institute; Svistovich R. - Candidate of Law Sciences, Professor, the Head of the Department of Law; Didora M. - Ph. D., Associate Professor, Head of the Department of Psychology and Pavlik N., Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences, Associate Professor, Associate Professor of the Department of Social Technologies of Zhytomyr Ivan Franko State University.

Subsequently, work was carried out in three sections: economics and management; Sociology, Philosophy and Law; social work, pedagogy and psychology.

Among other things, teachers and students presented their scientific views and proposed solutions to the problems of humanization, humanization and patriotism of education in the context of European integration processes. In general, during the plenary and sectional meetings, about three dozen reports were heard and discussed.

Based on the discussions at the sessions, the participants of the scientific and practical conference adopted a number of decisions, proposals and recommendations in the areas of scientific activity in the field of education of the XXI century.

And the All-Ukrainian Scientific and Practical Conference on the basis of the Zhytomyr Institute IAPM became a platform for discussion of ideas and results of research involving scientists from Zhytomyr and other Ukrainian cities. Co-organizers are convinced that the conference of this format will become annual.
