Foreign IAPM students visited Kiev New Year excursion
Recently, for the first-year students of IAPM Institute of International Education took a sightseeing tour of Kiev. Foreign students visited historical center of Kiev, saw the Golden Gate, the National Opera of Ukraine, Kiev-Pechersk Lavra, St. Sophia and St. Michael cathedrals. During the city tour freshmen learned that Ukrainian capital is more than 1500 years old. Also tourists acquainted with the main locations of Christmas events in Ukraine - the Sofia area. Here, the students saw the country's main Christmas tree 26 meters high and weighing about 10 tons. A Christmas town surprise tourists with a 20-meter tunnel desires, Ferris wheel, carousel, ice sculptures, Ukrainian Christmas goodies and a 10-meter slides for adults and children.
After the excursion the students said they were amazed by the grandeur of the capital and are ready for new interesting journeys.
