Romanenko E.A. Vice-rector of IAPM, Doctor of Science in Public Administration, Professor, Honored Lawyer of Ukraine; Motrenko T.V. Professor of the Department of Public Administration of IAPM, Doctor of Philosophy, Professor, Academician of the National Academy of Pedagogical Sciences of Ukraine and Zhukova I.V. Associate Professor of the Department of Public Administration of IAPM, Ph.D. in Public Administration, Associate Professor became a member of the organizing committee of the International Scientific Conference “Science and Global Studies”, which was held on December 30, 2019 in Kiev and took part in it.
The event was organized by the Ukrainian Assembly of Doctors of Sciences in Public Administration, Central European Education Institute (Bratislava, Slovakia), Batumi Navigation Training University (Batumi, Georgia), National Institute for Economic Research (Batumi, Georgia), Regional Academy of Management (Kazakhstan), Financial and Economic Scientific Council (Kiev, Ukraine) and the Publishing House "Internauka" (Kiev, Ukraine).
The purpose of the conference is to discuss fundamental, applied and methodological issues of the functioning and development of various branches of scientific knowledge.
The coordinator of the event is Dmitriy Kovalenko, Chairman of the Financial and Economic Scientific Council.

During the event, issues of relevance of creating a single legal field for the functioning and information interaction of state, communal and other registers, cadastres and information systems were highlighted. The problematic aspects of creating a unified interoperable system of public electronic registries with the aim of de-bureaucratizing public administration processes and protecting the rights of individuals and legal entities are considered.
Also, the need was noted to use European experience in ensuring the safety of the local population in order to improve domestic legislation and expand the functionality of local governments in the field of civil protection. It was noted that the social policy of the Orthodox Church of Ukraine can become a valuable component of the national doctrine of the state, because without a spiritual foundation and spiritual idea, no state can exist and develop.
From IAPM also took part in conference Shoiko V.A. Candidate of Historical Sciences, Associate Professor, Associate Professor of the Department of Public Administration, Martishin D. S. Doctor of Sciences in Public Administration, Associate Professor, Head of the Department of Theology and Christian Communication, and also Litvin N. M. Senior Lecturer of the Department of Public Administration.
All reports of the event participants were original, substantial and applied. Scientists have made a lot of efforts to reveal the essence of their research.

Also, the conference participants received Certificates, which can be considered a document confirming participation in the work of a scientific conference in a country that is part of the OECD and / or the EU in accordance with the Procedure for conferring academic ranks to scientific and scientific-pedagogical workers, approved by the Order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine of 14.01. 2016 № 13.
