Scientists visited the Academy
A meeting with the authors of the scientific and practical commentary on the Law of Ukraine "On Civil Service" was held at the IAPM. The publication contains information about the civil service, the legal status of a civil servant, the rules for joining the civil service, the provisions on remuneration and social guarantees of a civil servant, working hours and guaranteed leave days, disciplinary and material liability of civil servants, etc. Since the Law of Ukraine "On Civil Service" was adopted in 2015, the role and importance of this comment can not be overestimated. The publication is prepared in the light of current news stories of the current legislation regulating relations in the field of civil service. It is designed for civil servants and all those who wish to become them.
The Vice-Rector for Scientific and Educational Work of IAUP Mykola Fedorovich Holovaty emphasized the importance of the event for students - future managers, including those who can potentially become a civil servant.
- In the state everything changes, its political system, political regime change, new system of mutual relations between the main branches of power, between state and civil society is formed. One of the central issues is the constitutional significance - the creation of a system of public administration. And in state administration - civil service, namely: technologies of the civil service and preparation of specialists to the civil service, - said Mykola Holovaty.
The Rector of the Academy, Nikolai Nestorovich Kurko, thanked the scientists for the attention given to the students of the Academy for visiting the educational institution.
- Our graduates are taking part in civil service competitions. Today's meeting will contribute to the fact that they will achieve better results in their claims, "Mykola Nestorovich added.
