Scientific-practical conference "Problems of legal science and state building in Ukraine: in the light of modern reform processes"
Already traditionally to the Lawyer's Day the Chernihiv Institute of IAPM holds a regional scientific and practical conference. The organizer of this event was the department of jurisprudence under the leadership of the head of the department, candidate of law sciences, associate professor Voytsekhovsky Mikhail Mikhailovich.
The conference was attended by: Inspector of the Department for Combating Cybercrime in the Chernihiv Region of the Kyiv Department of the Cyberpolicies of the National Police of Ukraine Kogan MA; a private notary of the Chernihiv City Notary District, a member of the Academy of Notary of Ukraine, a doctor of philosophy in the field of law Krasnogor O.V., teachers and students of law faculties of the Chernihiv Institute of IAPM; Chernihiv National Technological University; The Academy of the State Penitentiary Service of Ukraine, represented by the assistant professor of the department of administrative, civil and economic law and process, the candidate of legal sciences lieutenant colonel of the internal service Tkachenko O.G. and students of 351 educational groups who are members of the subject circle of this department, as well as specialists of state and local government bodies, public organizations, enterprises and other interested persons.
The opening of the conference took place with the introduction of the Deputy Director for Scientific and Pedagogical Work, candidate of economic sciences Svitlana Oleksandrivna Nazarka, who congratulated all the attendees and noted that the fact that the name of the conference was chosen indicates that the participants understand the importance and complexity of the process, the need to improve the system of legislation of Ukraine in the context integration into the European community.
In scientific reports, each participant covered his vision of existing problems and expressed his proposals and thoughts of reformal content from various branches of law in general and other areas. The urgency of the issues discussed at the conference aroused great interest among the audience, which contributed to an interesting and constructive communication.
Summing up the work of the conference, Voytsekhovsky MM wished the participants to expand the range of scientific research and to participate more actively in scientific events.
