Practicum of Legal Education "Labyrinths of Law: Rights and Duties of Youth"

Students from the Danubian branch of IAPM visited the reading room of the branch number 4 of the CBS for adults, where the law school "Labyrinths of Law: Rights and Duties of Youth" took place.

The head of the library Svetlana Kosyychuk acquainted students with the resources and capabilities of the library to provide each citizen with free access to the fund of legal documents, talked about the important role of the library in social support, legal assistance to citizens, including young people.

During the discussion after watching the social film "What we know about human rights", students were curiously discussing historical events during the development of mankind and came to the conclusion that human rights violations, namely the right to life, lead to warriors, chaos, and destruction whole peoples and nations.

During the discussion, "The Boundary Between Freedom and Allowedness", students boldly expressed their thoughts as they understand the concept of "freedom" and "permissiveness." Most young people are for freedom of expression, but they are convinced that the concept of freedom is closely related to the notion of responsibility before oneself, family and society. Students read the statements of philosophers, writers, poets of all time and peoples about human rights and its responsibility before the law.
