The training technology of communication has established itself as an effective way of practical application of the acquired knowledge, turning them into skills and abilities. In order to identify career guidance skills, teambuilding (team building training) was conducted with students from the Izmail College of Economics and Law. Prepared and conducted a fourth-year student of the specialty "Psychology" in the Pridunai branch of the IAPM Inna Deli-religious (head teacher Lyudmila Prokofieva).

The training group under her leadership created a model of social relations in which frank and safe communication took place in the form of a game, which facilitated the opportunity for everyone to reconsider habitual stereotypes and obtain frank information about themselves.

The trainer of the group (Inna Deligios) managed to create the appropriate atmosphere in the group and build a system of problems, questions and tasks that provided opportunities for participants to reconsider habitual stereotypes.

Students really liked the training form of communication. The students were acquainted with the specialties, where they can continue their studies at the IAPM Pridunai branch.
