"Psychological Culture and Contemporary Leadership" at the Odessa Institute
On May 15, 2019, the training for students and teachers "Psychological Culture and Contemporary Leadership" took place at the Odessa Institute. The training was held within the psychological service of the institute. The training was conducted by the head of the psychological service of the institute, the candidate of psychological sciences Tetiana Petrivna Repnova, as well as the participation of students of the second year of the specialty "Psychology" Irina Goncharova, Yevgen Tsiganov, Alexandra Zagorodniuk, Kira Karageorhiy and third-year student Dariya Turlevska.
The training interactive forms of work, reports, media presentations, testing, self-examination were used, the typology of modern leaders and leadership was reviewing. The participants identified the criteria for improving the psychological culture in a higher educational institution, the features of an ethically enriched environment through the application of ethical principles in the educational process, and also participated in the workshop "How to become a successful leader?".
At the event there was a creative atmosphere, a lot of positive and friendly circles. The icing on the cake was the report of the student Alexandra Zagorodniuk "Lifehacks for students for the successful completion of the session".
