Another IAPM teacher received a PhD in Public Administration

Recently, in the specialized academic council of the National Academy of Public Administration under the President of Ukraine defended the thesis of Sergey Viktorovich Levtsov on the specialty "Local self-government".
On the basis of the results of his defense, Sergei Viktorovich was awarded the scientific degree of candidate of science in public administration.
After obtaining the degree of S.V. Levtsov. the Department of Public Administration applied to the IAPM rector for the transfer of the senior teacher to the post of associate professor of the department.
