Interregional Academy of Personnel Management

April 25, 2018, within the Week of Psychology the All-Ukrainian Scientific and Practical Conference "Formation of the Teen Personality: Contemporary Realities" was held at the Khmelnytsky Institute of IAPM. At the conference the actual problems were raised: a modern teenager: What is he?; the phenomenon of a teenager in the context of adolescence and adolescence; psychological peculiarities of personality formation in adolescence; formation of self-consciousness in adolescence; biological and social factors in the mental development and formation of the personality of the adolescent; communication between adolescents and adults: contemporary comprehension; the phenomenon of friendship in adolescence; the formation of legal culture among adolescents and others.

Representatives of state and public institutions, scientists from different cities of Ukraine (Kyiv, Poltava, Mirgorod, Kamyanets-Podilskyi), teachers and students of Khmelnytskyi Economics and Law College and the Institute of MAUP, Poltava Center for Distance Learning of the PJSC "Universities" attended the scientific event. IAPM, National Pedagogical University named after MP Drahomanov, Khmelnytskyi Humanitarian Pedagogical Academy, Khmelnytskyi Economic University, Khmelnytsky Institute of Social Technologies, VMURol Ukraine, Khmelnytsky College of Music named after. V. I. Zarembi, Kamenets-Podolsky National University named after Ivan Ogienko, practical psychologists and students of Gymnasium № 2 of Khmelnitsky, Educational-educational association №5 of the city of Khmelnitsky named after Sergey Efremov, Khmelnytsky secondary school of І-ІІІ degrees №25 named after Ivan Ogienko.

A conference on the greetings of the director of Khmelnytsky Institute of IAPM L. G. White was started. In the speech L. B. White highlighted adolescence as one of the most important stages of human life.

The greetings were delivered by: Director of the Poltava Center for Distance Learning of the PJSC "Higher Educational Institutions" IAPM Gorgot Olesya Bogdanivna, Director of the Khmelnytsky City Center for Social Services for Family, Children and Youth Lyubetskaya Maryana Nikolaevna, Member of the Board of NGO Khmelnitsky Psychologists' Association and psychotherapists », children and family psychologist, psychotherapeutist Tatyana Vladimirovna Matviychuk, chief specialist of the department for children of the Child Affairs Service of the Khmelnytsky City Council Balanyuk Dmitry Viktorovich, chairman Khmel ninth cell "Union of Ukrainian Youth" Bevza Anastasia Stepanivna.

The reports of scholars contained theoretical and practical material. O. B. Gorgot, K. philosopher. Mr., Associate Professor of the Department of Philosophy and Political Science, AAISNiS of the Interregional Academy of Personnel Management, in his report revealed the psychological problem of identity in the formation of a teenager's personality. T. Matviychuk, K. psychol. Mr., Associate Professor, Associate Professor of the Department of Social Policy of the National Pedagogical University named after MP Drahomanov, in the report, highlighted modern methods of guidance for senior high school students. During the presentation, she used the presentation material and a short review of the film about the issue. A. S. Bevza, chairman of the Khmelnitsky branch of the Union of Ukrainian Youth, held a training for the participants of the conference.

Speakers also had students and students. Thus, Victoria Goshta, a 10-grade pupil of the gymnasium number 2 in Khmelnytsky, highlighted the influence of Selfi on self-presentation of adolescents. Julia Sys, a student of the 10th grade of gymnasium №2 in Khmelnitsky, told about the influence of contemporary historical films on the formation of the national identity of youth. Maxim Glukhovsky, a student of the Khmelnytsky Institute of MAUP, revealed the role of a practical psychologist in the formation of a teenager's personality.

During the conference, book exhibitions were held: "Psychology of the 21st Century: Theoretical and Practical Research" (organizer of the Library and Information Department of the Khmelnytsky Institute of MAUP), "The World of Teenagers and Adolescents in the World" (organizer Khmelnytsky Regional Universal Scientific Library). O. V. Kot, the leading librarian of the reading room for the humanitarian profile of the Khmelnytsky Oblast Universal Scientific Library, presented the exhibition.

Before the start of the All-Ukrainian Scientific and Practical Conference, the seventh issue of the collection of scientific works "Psychology of the 21st Century: Theoretical and Practical Research" and the collection "Formation of the Teen Personality: Contemporary Realities" were published on the materials of the conference. Each participant of the scientific event received a program and collections of materials.

In conclusion, the director of the Khmelnytsky Institute of MAUP, L. B. White, gave a final speech and thanked everyone for their fruitful work.
