IAPM held an Open Cup in close fight among youth
October 29, the Interregional Academy of Personnel Management held an Open Cup in close fight IAPM among boys of 2007, 2008, 2009 and 2010 years of birth.
Organizers of the event were Ukraine Federation of unarmed combat, sports club "RUKBO" and the Academy Guidance.
Teams that were participating in the competition were: "Sokol" (Kiev), "Radomyshl" (Zhytomyr region), "Spartac" (c. Chernigov), "Poedynok" (c. Kyiv), "KONDOR" (c. Kyiv), "RUKBO" (c. Kyiv), "Arsenal" (c. Kyiv).
The opening ceremony started the first vice-president of the Federation of combat in Ukraine, Honored Master of Sports of Ukraine, master of 10th level Alexander Hartvich, who welcomed the participants and said that the Open Cup IAPM in close fight is also dedicated to the celebration of 72 anniversary of the liberation of Kyiv from German - fascist invaders.
Moreover, was invited the vice-rector of development in secondary education of IAPM Volodymyr Yarovy:
"From the Directory of Academy I congratulate all the competitors at the opening Cup of IAPM in close fight among boys! Interregional Academy of Personnel Management pays great attention to development of physical culture and sports among students. Among our graduates there are many winners of national and international competitions. So among them we have the title of "strongest man in Ukraine" and "The strongest man in the world" Vasiliy Virastiuk, honored master of sports of wrestling, Olympic champion Irina Merleni, Olympic champion Honored Master of Sports of Ukraine Elbrus Tedeyev, silver medalist of the Olympic Games in Rio 2016 Jean Belenyuk. Today, I see those who in the future will be the pride of Ukraine. I wish to all the participants health, inspiration and victory in today's competition! "
The opening ceremony was also attended by members of the national team of Ukraine, which recently became winners at the European Championship in close fight. Therefore,by old Ukrainian tradition the younger generation of athletes handed to the winners a round loaf.
"Dear champions, your achievement will be in the history of the Federation of close fight, we are proud of you, we are looking up to you!" - mentioned the organizers of the competition.
In the ceremony were marked athletes whose results of performances in national competitions in sport management in Kyiv, won the honorary title of "Candidate in Master of Sports", among them Mikhail Vlasov, Maxim Kharchenko, Ivan Rasyuk, Nikita Shilov. Also, the decision of the Federation of close fights was assigned to 3rd level Sergei Kozyr.
After bringing in the Ukraine flag and performing anthem, competition started.
Throughout the Cup of IAPM in close combat young athletes demonstrated the high level of training, good technique and a strong thirst for victory.
At the closing ceremony was an awarding of winners and taking a picture of champions.
