Interregional Academy of Personnel Management

On April 22, in Aliev Ukrainian-Azerbaijan Institute of Social Sciences and self-government was held the VI Interuniversity scientific and practical conference "Youth in the modern world: psychological problems".

At the beginning of the meeting with an introduction spoke the director of the Ukrainian-Azerbaijani Institute of Social Sciences and self-government Ivan Bidzyura. He wished the participants fruitful work and new achievements in the field of education.

During discussion of the topic students and scholars have touched such issues: the problem of personal self-realization of young people in the contemporary Ukrainian society; psychological problems of interpersonal relations among young people; psychological aspects of emotional, behavioral, cognitive impairment of young people.

These reports presented at the plenary session:

• Artem Chmielewski "Diagnostics and formation of psycho-correction algorithm";
• Marina Goncharova "Complex-developing technique of psycho-correction of memory";
• Natalia Lesnaya "Emotionally-shaped therapy: theoretical aspect";
• Natalia Tsyro "Basic approaches to the understanding of neurotic disorders";
• Diana Martsenok "Features of psychoanalysis among young people";
• Irina Povolotskaya "The phenomenon of human dreams in modern psychological science".

After the plenary session a sectional meeting was held. In the section "Psychological problems of interpersonal relations among young people" the linkages between depressions and success of training of school children, social and psychological factors of maladjustment and other questions were discussed. In the section "Problems of personality of young people self in the modern Ukrainian society" touched upon the effectiveness of psycho research activities, especially interpersonal conflicts in adolescence, the influence of psychological defense mechanisms of students in the interaction with teachers, parents and others.
