Interregional Academy of Personnel Management

On April 28, on the initiative of the Department of Psychology at the Institute of Social Sciences and Self-Government of the city of Baku, IAPM, a round table was held on the topic "Professional Competences of the Future" at the Ukrainian-Azerbaijan Institute of Social Sciences and Self-Government.

The round table was opened by Ivan Bidzyura, Doctor of Political Sciences, Professor, Director of the Ukrainian-Azerbaijani Institute of Social Sciences and Self-Government.

In the course of the scientific meeting, a number of informative reports were heard, among which:

• "Science of the Future" Doctor of Psychology Gris A.M.;
• "Competences of the past" by candidate of psychological sciences, professor Tkachenko V.A.

In addition, students also presented their reports, which, during the work of the round table, raised many questions for each other and conducted scientific discussions on the stated topics.

Within the framework of the event, the business game "Ostrov" was held, which was conducted by Tkachuk TL. A real brainstorming "University of the Future" was presented by the moderator Dorichenko V.A.

All the speakers who took part in the scientific meeting received certificates from the round table participants.

And at the end of the event, a festive concert was held for the Day of the Psychologist.
