"Ukrainian language - the finest language in the world" - Irina Shokotko

November 9 on the Day of Ukrainian writing in IAPM action "Postcard to the day of language" took place. The action was organized by the Student Council. Students of each institute have created their own card, made a photo, and then posted them in social networks.
"This action is aimed at promoting the Ukrainian language in all spheres of life, especially in education! Ukrainian language, in my opinion, is the finest language in the world! The most wonderful words are: "love", "sun" and "darling." But the most common is the letter of the Ukrainian alphabet is letter "P". At most it begins words! Everyone thinks good of their own language. After all, the dialect that one hears from childhood, the language on which mother sang lullabies and the first word spoken in everyone's life, also mentioned by their mother, and thus, this language is the best and the most beautiful language in the world! "- Said the head of cultural-mass department of IAPM Student Council Irina Shokotko.

Note: Every year on November 9 Ukraine celebrates the Day of Ukrainian literature and language. This holiday was established by the Decree of the President of Ukraine № 1241/97 from 6 November 1997.
Orthodox November 9th commemorate Saint Nestor the Chronicler - follower of Cyril and Methodius. It is believed, that Nestor the Chronicler became the ancestor of Ukrainian written language.
In 1989, the Supreme Soviet of the USSR provided the official status for Ukrainian language. It is also the mother tongue of Ukrainians, who live outside Ukraine: Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Poland, Slovakia, Romania, Canada, USA, Australia and other countries. Ukrainian language spoken by nearly 45 million people and it belongs to the most common languages.
