Ukrainian scientific-practical conference "Modernization of Ukraine: Problems and technology progress" took place in IAPM

November 12 at the Yaroslav Mudryj International Library and Information Center Ukrainian scientific-practical conference "Modernization of Ukraine: Challenges and success of technology (questions of economics, law, sociology, education and culture)" took place. Conductors of the conference, which attracted considerable interest among the scientific community of Ukraine, were Interregional Academy of Personnel Management, International Personnel Academy, Confederation of private higher educational institutions of Ukraine, Aliev Ukrainian-Azerbaijani Institute of Social Sciences and self-government.
The conference was opened by one of the founders of the national school of political science, rector for scientific and educational work ion IAPM, Doctor of Political Sciences, Professor Mykola Holovaty. He spoke on "systemic crisis of the state welfare in Ukraine in the XXI century and overcoming the consequences: a theoretical concept problem". On conference we heard a number of meaningful reports of reputable politologists, Ukrainian scientists, historians, educators, economists, including:
• «Political axiomation of modernization process in today's Ukraine in prism of impartial scientific truth» - Doctor of Political Sciences, Professor of Political Science and Dragomanov Law Institute Ivan Varzara;
• «Problems of Ukraine as a country, state and society» - Doctor of Economics, Professor, Director of the Aliev Ukrainian-Azerbaijani Institute of Social Sciences and self-government Ivan Bidzyura;
• «A measure of success: from statism to humanity» - Ph.D., Head of the Philosophy Department of the Aliev Azerbaijani-Ukrainian Institute of Social Sciences and self-government Yuriy Melkov;
• «Land factor in decentralization of power in Ukraine» - Doctor of Political Sciences, Professor of Kyiv National University of Construction and Architecture Eugene Perehuda;
• «The problem of identity in the post-soviet state» - Doctor of Historical Sciences, Associate Professor, Head of the Aliev Azerbaijani-Ukrainian Institute of Social Sciences and self-government GA Vyacheslav Popov;
• «Reforms in Ukraine: need to adjust policies and design» - Doctor of Social Sciences, Professor, Head of the Department of Public Administration and Self-Government at Aliev Azerbaijani-Ukrainian Institute of Social Sciences and self-government Yuriy Surmin;
• «New models of modern public policy» - Doctor of Political Sciences, Professor, Director of the Institute of Civil Service and local government of the President of Ukraine, Sergey Teleshun;
• «Euro-repairs of Ukrainian state» - Doctor of Economic Sciences, Professor, Head of the Office of reforms in Kyiv Oblast Volodymyr Udovychenko;
• «Perspective directions of improving the quality of higher education in Ukraine» - Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Professor, Director of the Averroes Ukrainian-Arab Institute for International relationships and linguistics, Dmitry Unik;
• «Global economic challenges and prospects for Ukraine» - Doctor of Public Administration, Professor, Director of economic programs in Razumkov Center, Vasyl Yurchishin.
The conference also raised the issue of perspective directions of improving the quality of higher education in Ukraine, e-commerce Ukraine and the mechanism of state regulation of regional tourism, personnel problems, implementing innovative technologies, information security in the modernization of Ukraine and other issues related to problems of modernization of Ukraine.
Participants thesis were published in a special issue of the scientific journal IAPM "Problems of modernization of Ukraine".
