Interregional Academy of Personnel Management

April 26 in the Interregional Academy of Personnel Management held a Fair of vacancies. The main organizer of the event was the Center for Organization of Practice, Employment of Students and Work with Graduates of IAPM.

Students and graduates of the Academy received an opportunity to hear first-hand about vacancies and open employment programs and get acquainted with the activities of companies, enterprises and organizations looking for employees.

In the conference hall of the Presidium of the Academy fruitful communication of students with representatives of companies from different spheres of activity - financiers, economists, representatives of internal bodies and state administration was held. About 25 companies and enterprises took part in the Fair, among them:

• The main territorial department of justice in the Kiev region;
• Kyiv City Employment Center;
• Foreign Intelligence Service of Ukraine;
• JSC "TASCOMBANK";
• PJSC Ukrsotsbank;
• Alfa Bank;
• Oschadbank;
• National Police of Ukraine;
• The first international recruiting company EAST-WEST;
• Recruiting company New Recruiting Group.

 «It is possible to give students theoretical knowledge, but practice is the key to mastering any profession, says Ksenia Lovetskaya, head of the Center for Organization of Practice, Employment of Students and Work with Graduates of IAPM. - Such events as Vacancy fairs contribute to the creation of conditions for passing pre-diploma, production and training practice in the leading institutions of Kyiv, and also because graduates and students of the IAPM can pick up several vacancies in one place and decide on their future job . I hope that today's event will help to establish fruitful cooperation between the Academy and enterprises, employers' companies of Ukraine. I think that in the future, Job fairs will be held twice a year for comprehensive support and employment assistance for students and graduates of the Academy."
