The Institute of Law held a conference "State regulation of business"

Recently, Vladimir the Great Institute of Law held the scientific-practical conference "State regulation of economic business".

The conference was held in the context of the overall research work of the Academy. Among the members of the organizing committee of the conference were:

  • Nikolai Kurko - Doctor of Law, Professor, Acting Rector of IAPM;
  • Anatoly Podolyaka - Doctor of Law, Professor, Chief of Staff;
  • Victor Litvinenko - Doctor of Law, Associate Professor, Honored Lawyer of Ukraine, Director of Vladimir the Great Institute of Law;
  • Vladimir overgrown - Doctor of Law, Professor, Head of the Department of security management, law enforcement and anti-corruption activities of Vladimir the Great Institute of Law;
  • Alex Yuldashev - Doctor of Law, Professor, Head of the Civil Law Disciplines at Vladimir the Great Institute of Law.

During the conference issues of business in Ukraine, problem of bank deposits reimbursement, legislative activity in commercial law, problems of foreign investment in Ukraine were discussed.

During the conference, lots of questions were asked to the speakers, because the above-mentioned topics are very relevant today. The conference book of abstracts will be published.
