Interregional Academy of Personnel Management

Today in the chapel of Odessa Institute there was a solemn celebration of Heavenly Hundred Heroes and a minute of silence dedicated to the memory of the dead 5 years ago on EuroMaydan. Students, teachers and employees of the Institute paid tribute to those who died for our independence and European identity. With great excitement, Odessa's IAPM students lit memory candles.
