Visit by law students of the Danube branch of the Izmail Municipal District Civil Registration Section
On December 13, 2018, law students from the Danube branch of IAPM together with the head of the special course" Legal Interview and Counseling" V. Shchokina visited the Izhmilsky city-based department for registration of acts of civil status.
The head of the department Ivanov V. familiarized with the procedure of the department, the organization of personal reception of the population and the peculiarities of work with the appeals of citizens. Students were interested in the procedure of record keeping, the compilation of legal documents, the status of business correspondence, the work of the archive, and the issues of keeping books of records. Particular attention was paid to the problems of document processing for further use abroad.
Ivanova V. and other specialists of the department sincerely and kindly answered our numerous questions, shared the achievements and problems of the current work.
This meeting was both interesting and useful, because it consolidated the acquired theoretical knowledge, helped to combine them with practical embodiment.
