Table tennis competitions were held at IAPM
On December 20, the Academy hosted table tennis competitions among students. 6 teams participated in the sporting event - the Educational-Scientific Institute of Law, the Educational-Scientific Institute of International Relations and Social Sciences and the Economics and Law College at IAPM. Each team had 3 players.
Teams took the following places:
the first - the team № 1 of the Economics and Law Technical College at IAUP;
the second is the team № 2 of the Educational and Scientific Institute of Law;
the third - the team № 2 of the Economic and legal technical school at IAUP;
the fourth - the team № 1 of the Educational-Scientific Institute of International Relations and Social Sciences;
fifth - the team № 1 of the Educational and Scientific Institute of Law;
the sixth-command № 2 of the Educational and Scientific Institute of International Relations and Social Sciences.
Such sporting events, according to Svetlana Yakovlevna Kumskova, organizer of sport work and physical education, develop agility, coordination of movements, tactics and strategy. Also during training this sport is a constant training of the visual muscles, which helps to improve vision. In the process of playing ping-pong developing respiratory organs, training the muscles of the hands and feet, strengthens the cardiovascular system.
