He was born on July 1, 1981 in Romny, Sumy region.
Education:
In 2003, he graduated from Taras Shevchenko Kyiv National University with a degree in "Physics" and obtained the qualification of master of physics, teacher.
In 2013, he graduated from Kyiv National University named after Taras Shevchenko, majoring in "Jurisprudence" and qualified as a lawyer.
Scientific degrees, scientific titles: Candidate of Physical and Mathematical Sciences (2007), Associate Professor (2014), Doctor of Physical and Mathematical Sciences (2015), Professor (2021), Master of Education (2023).
Employment:
2002 – 2011 – Taras Shevchenko Kyiv National University (deputy director of the campus for settlement and residence regime, head of the department for the organization of settlement and educational work);
2011 - 2014 - Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine (head of the humanitarian education department of the higher education department);
2014 - 2016 - Secretariat of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine (chief specialist of the department for education and science, youth policy and dispute);
2015 - 2017 - National Agency for Quality Assurance of Higher Education (member of the National Agency, head of the secretariat);
2018 – Secretariat of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine (advisor to the First Vice Prime Minister of Ukraine – Minister of Economic Development and Trade);
2019 – 2020 – Institute of Legislation of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine (chief researcher, head of the department of complex problems of state formation);
2020 - 2021 - Office of the Prosecutor General (head of the department of interaction with state authorities);
2021 - 2022 - vice-rector of the Interregional Academy of Personnel Management;
2022 - 2024 – the first vice-rector of the Interregional Academy of Personnel Management;
since March 2024 – vice president of the Interregional Academy of Personnel Management.
Scientific and pedagogical activity:
2006 – 2011 – Kyiv Institute of Regional Management, Entrepreneurship, Environmental Management and Tourism (assistant, associate professor);
2008 – 2019 – Associate Professor of the Department of Biophysics and Medical Informatics of Taras Shevchenko Kyiv National University;
since February 2019 – professor of the Department of Computational Mathematics and Computer Modeling of the Interregional Academy of Personnel Management.
He is the author and co-author of more than 90 scientific and educational works. Member of the specialized academic council for the defense of doctoral and candidate theses at the Odesa National University named after I. I. Mechnikov.
