Second Lecture on Mental Health at IAPM: Social Health and the Circle of Support
On October 7, 2025, the Interregional Academy of Personnel Management hosted the second lecture in a series of meetings dedicated to mental health. The initiative is implemented by the IAPM Student Parliament together with the Resilience Centers and is aimed at helping students better understand themselves, their emotions, and their needs.
The first lecture, held at the end of September, focused on managing anxiety and deadlines. Participants learned how to effectively manage their time and maintain internal balance during the learning process.
During the second meeting, participants discussed the important topic of social health and the circle of support. The discussion emphasized how to build healthy relationships, recognize toxic interactions, maintain personal boundaries, and remain open to communication.
The atmosphere of the meeting was warm and sincere. Students actively asked questions, shared their personal experiences, and reflected on how the social environment influences our emotional well-being.
Such events help IAPM students not only gain new knowledge but also develop a culture of psychological resilience, trust, and mutual support within the student community.
Three more meetings are planned, covering the following topics: burnout and recovery, resilience development, and early signs of anxiety and depression.
