Interregional Academy of Personnel Management

Every year on the eve of International Women's Day in the Interregional Academy of Personnel Management the most beautiful, intelligent, erudite and artistic beauties are selected.
Therefore, on March 3, in the concert hall "Ukraine" a few hours before the contest began, spectators came to admire the first beauties of the Academy.

Celebration of female beauty unsurpassed began participating catwalk. Under a storm of applause in the hall includes the best candidates for the crown and the title of "Miss AIDP-2016":

IAPM Beauties - TV stars

Imagine the modern world without television,  Internet, Skype or mobile phones - it is not impossible! Usually the competition program begins with an introduction. This year, there was an unusual task before the girls: to talk about themselves in the shortest  time for the camera, to be remembered by audience and to impress the judges. Therefore participants surprised viewers on television in different ways: Veronica Grigorenko painted coffee and wine, Alexander Sidash and Irina Lisak read poetry, Irina Diachkovska hit with her artistry, Angelina Rudenko showed talent for embroidery, Anna Zharkova and Natalia Tsyro pronounced philosophical reflections on life and Elena Poteshina reincarnated in the Slavic goddess of youth and spring Lelia.

IAPM Beauties - clever

Intelligence and humor were demonstrated in the test "Miss Bursaries". Contestants were chosen by lot number of issues. Each participant dropped out two questions: the first - on the knowledge of etiquette on the secular ball, and in the second girls had to comment on the photo of the person on "Oscar" ceremony.

The expected competition for men "Beach Season" was greeted with applause. Girls in bathing suits walked along the stage and showed all their beauty.

IAPM Beauties - talents

The tour, in which girls show their talents, brought together the largest number of audience applause. Veronica Grigorenko, Anna Zharkova and Natalia Tsyro struck all the vocal talents. Veronica sang so deeply the slow song. Anna convinced all to believe in love singing soundtrack from the movie "Love in the City" - "We believe in love". Natalia Tsyro completed masterpiece of Ukrainian pop Kuzma Skryabin "Shut up." Alexandra Sidash and Irina  isak surprised spectators with masterful performance of dance. Alexandra whirled in a waltz with a partner  with pairs of the college, creating the atmosphere of the Viennese Ball. And Irina riveted the attention of the audience in the rhythm of the cha-cha-cha. Angelina Rudenko  and Elena Poteshina demonstrated their acting skills in theater. Angelina appeared in the form of incendiary bullfighter, and Elena was a charming Red Riding Hood with artistic wolf. However, the original talent showed Irina Diachkovska, surprising both the audience and the jury with her circus tricks.

Every girl wants to wear a wedding dress and there was such a competition. On the "parade of wedding dresses", participants marched in festive attire on stage under spotlights flickering.

On this day, all members of the jury had to work hard, because among so many talented, smart and beautiful girls, there was a problem to choose the best girl. Jury: Vice-rector of scientific and educational work of IAPM Mykola Holovaty, director of the creative center "Gloria", director of the first international vocal-choral competition "Gloria" Anna Colbert, Marketing Director - Head of Marketing and Advertising of IAPM Ivan Ivanischenko , chairman of the Student Council of the National University of food technologies Andrey Listopad, a member of the organization "Council of veterans of the ATO" Vladimir Nedirov, "Miss IAPM 2013" Daria Tomko, chairman of the Student Council of IAPM Dmitry Zubritskiy, chairman of the Student Council of the CRT at IAPM Vladimir Zinchenko and Vice President of the Student Council of the Institute of Advertising Anastasia Konobas.

Therefore, according to the results of the competition titles of the participants were as follows:

"Miss Model" - Angelina Rudenko;

"Miss Charm" - Natalia Tsyro;

"Miss Artistry" - Irina Lisak;

"Miss IAPM-2016" - Irina Diachkovska.
